Dr. Hatem Bin Bakheit Al Shanfari

Dr. Hatem did his graduation studies from Oman and United
States. He obtained Doctorate in Finance & investments from Glasgow University,
Scotland, U.K. Presently Dr. Hatem teaches the subjects of Finance & Investments
in Sultan Qaboos University in Oman.
He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Omani
Economic Association and Research Associate at the Economic Research Forum for
the Arab Countries, Iran and Turkey. He is also the Chairman of Gulf Baader
Capital Markets SAOC.
Dr. Hatem is the
member of Board of Directors of Central Bank of Oman and Galfar Engineering &
Contracting Company SAOG
Mr.
K.K.Abdul Razak
- Director
Mr. K.K. Abdul Razak represents the interests of Muscat
Overseas LLC on the Board of Directors of the Bank since March 1996. He is the
Group Finance Manager of Muscat Overseas LLC. He holds a Masters Degree in
Economics from the University of Kerala.
Mr. Abdul Razak also sits on the Boards of Muscat
Manufacturers Co. for Industrial & Cooking Gases SAOG, Al Omaniya Financial
Services SAOG, Gulf Investment Services SAOG and Oman International Marketing
Co. SAOG.

Pradeep Asrani - Director
Mr. Pradeep Asrani has over 30 years experience in banking
and financial services. He is a science graduate from Bombay University with
first class honors and holds a post graduate diploma in Business Management. He
is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
